O ffensive foods - Must be totally avoided
 


Are foods that can poison or produce damages or diseases to short, 
medium or long term. 


An example very known is the many varieties of poisonous fungi.

Or for example those foods that without being poisonous, increase the triglycerides and the cholesterol, like foods with simple carbohydrates as are cakes or white breads, or meats with too much fat, sugar, jams, liquors, etc.

A raw egg is offensive by the possibility that it may contain injurious bacterias, but once cooked, no longer it is offensive.

A conserve wrongly made or very old (expired) can develop botulism, taking inclusive to death.
