a superior health.
From the following list you must only avoid those that
are allergenics to you.
Water without chlorine. (bottled or with home filter to eliminate chlorine)
Fruits to eat fresh and raw:
avocado, apricot, chirimoya, banana, caimito, star fruit, cherry,
plum, date, peach, raspberry, grenade, guava, ficus, kiwi, lime, acid
lemon, sweet lemon, mandarin, mango, apple, cashew, melon, watermelon,
grapes, orange, noni or morinda, papaya, pear, pineapple, grape fruit,
and all kind of fresh and raw fruits.
Vegetables (to eat fresh and raw. Or when cooked, just a little bit to the steam):
Beet, avocado used as vegetable, smashed garlic, artichoke, celery, tender pumpkin, eggplant, watercress, betabel, broccoli, onion, mushroom, sweet pepper, hot pepper, cabbage of Brussels, cauliflower, coriander, dandelion, corn, asparagus, spinach, ginger, lettuce, mustard, cucumber, parsley, radish, beet in tubercle or leaves, cabbage, tomato, carrot,
and all fresh and raw vegetable. Potatoes and yucca needs to be cooked before eat them.
